These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of products from our online store (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your country of residence to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, the appearance of products may vary depending on your device, screen settings, or configuration. All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase products from us. A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from ArtricLens. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide valid and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, such as an email sent to service@artriclens.com
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, clearly personalized, not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or damaged due to improper use.
Under applicable EU law, goods must conform to the contract. Consumers are entitled to remedies for non-conforming goods in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
All content available through the Services, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to ArtricLens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others, interferes with the operation of the Services, introduces malicious code, or violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
To the extent permitted by law, ArtricLens shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union law and, where relevant, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Member State in which the consumer resides. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes apply to future orders unless otherwise required by law.
